By mistake I erase all users from HCP tenant, how can I delete this tenant, cause I can't access into it?
You'd need to open a support case, and support will be able to help you re-create a user for the tenant.
Thank you for your reply, Right Now I only use HCP-DEMO to be comfortable with this product before using our G10. If there any way to fix my issue that will be useful for me.
If you're using the DEMO version, your best bet is to do a fresh install (if you deleted *all* tenant users). If at least one user was left, chances are it has a SECURITY role (say, initial security user account). In that case, you can reset the password for this user:
Thank you Michael for your answer, unfortunately the system said there are no users to reset.
In that case, your only option is a fresh install. This being a non-production (DEMO) system, hopefully it shouldn't be a big issue.
Thank you, but what you suggest to is the easy way to fix issue in this case without understanding why was so. I think in the real life HCP has to prevent such problem to take place.
normally HCP should be no able to delete the last user in tenant.
What do you think?
Actually, HCP prevents deleting the last tenant user with the Security role. See below:
So I'm not sure how you arrived to the situation you're describing.
