Cannot register a mobile device on HCP AW

We are new users so our support folks have not figured this out yet but... I'm having a problem registering my iPad. It tells me to check my credentials. My iPhone registered fine and I'm using the same credentials. Since this is happening on a remote device I don't believe there will be any information to be discovered by the admin. Any suggestions?
