How to do factory reset in HUS 110 via web?because we can access via SNM2
I mean we can not access the storage via SNM2
I would verify to see if there are any changes on your network preventing you access to the system i.e. firewalls, etc. Also try connecting directly to the IP addresses of each controller. If that doesn't work you should open a support case.
Are you able to ping the storage IP's. Else you have to connect to the maintenance port directly using 10.0.0.16/17.
Try to login via web console & else connect through management.
