HCP Anywhere - User Authentication Failed message

I'm getting this message every time I log into the Portal even though the login is successful. A previous question was answered by suggesting that I look in the HCP Anywhere log but for some reason there is no log on my C drive. Is there any other way than looking at the log to determine why this message is being issued? It is not causing any problems, I am curious because we are about to roll out HCPA Corporate-wide in the next few months.
