Access denied in HCP Anywhere

I'm getting an error when HCP Anywhere starts that access to a file has been denied because it is in use by another application or there is no permission for it. I have not yet started any applications and it doesn't appear that any open processes are using files in the HCPA folder. Is there any way to find out what is causing this message?
