Hi. I have a customer whose Resource Manager server crashed and they cannot find their original media kit. I was wondering if anyone can assist me with obtaining Resource Manager for them?

The problem is my customer has no support for these pieces of hardware. I have tried registering on the portal, but I am having no success with it. I have emailed portal support in helping me get the devices registered, but they have been no help as of yet. At this point I, and my customer, are stuck in the mud. I no other idea of what to do. Especially since the equipment is beyond legacy and I don't know anyone who has a media kit for one.
Everyone I knew who had these Thunder systems have long turned them into their leasing company or IT recyclers (tried a number of them as well and they can't provide the software either).
Looks like my response crossed with your latest post and you could still use some assistance.
Copies for EOSL kit is not longer available via the portal. Nathan, I sent you an email privately. Let me know if this does suffice.

You're right its not there anymore. I still get the option in the UI, but the content is gone.....
I can still download SNM which can manage a 9570v
