HCS database locked

Currently on HCS 8. The host disk where the database was writing on was full. This cause an issue with the Analytics tab to throw an error saying:

Unable to obtain database information. The database is not running properly. Restart the database. (maintenance KAIC61002-E The database is blocked.)



I tried to restart HCS + database and also tried to just reboot the whole system. HCS comes up all tabs are okay except for the Analytics tab.
