Found problem after upgrade hcpanywhere to v3.0.1.5 and upload new SSL certificated

After upgrade hcpanywhere from version 2.x to and upload new SSL certificate to hcpanywhere server.

Almost worked (include New portal, IOS device, Android device, and Desktop) except outlook client.

We found some mistake in outlook client show in picture below, please help me resolved

I already try to deregisterd outlook add-in in portal but this problem can not resolve.
