hi-track svp agent fails to start

Just installed Hi-Track on a server in our lab to see if it will provide the monitoring we need. I've configured the Hi-Track manager for agent only use on the SVP as well as created a device with the SVP IP on the Hi-Track manager on the separate Win12 server. For some reason the hi-track SVP agent is not starting (on the SVP). It cannot be started manually. We are on a flat network with no firewall. The only catch is that one of our admin put the G200 SVP on the domain. Any help or ideas would be appreciated!
